Frequently Asked Questions

  • Mindful inquiry is the practice of slowing down, noticing what’s present, and asking more intentional questions. It helps reduce reactivity, clarify what matters most, and create communication rooted in dignity, truth, and connection.

  • It’s both. My approach blends mindfulness-based presence with coaching and practical communication tools. The goal is not just insight—it’s integration: choices, communication, and action that reflect what matters most.

  • Yes. Offerings are available virtually and, depending on location, in-person as well.

For Individuals

  • No. Everything is guided step-by-step. All you need is willingness to reflect and engage the practice.

  • No. This is coaching and reflective practice, not clinical mental health treatment. It can feel supportive and healing, but it is not a substitute for therapy.

  • That’s common. You’re welcome to book a free 20-minute clarity call, or join a free group session. Both are designed to help you identify a grounded next step.

  • The 6-session practice follows a structured arc and curriculum.

1:1 coaching is customized and responsive to your specific goals and situation. Some people begin with the program and later move into 1:1 coaching, while others do the reverse.

  • No. Sharing is always optional. Listening is participation.

  • That’s welcome. This work is designed to meet real life. You’ll never be pressured to share, and you’ll be supported to stay within your own capacity.

For Organizations

  • I work with leadership teams, staff teams, boards, committees, and cross-functional groups—especially those navigating change, communication strain, conflict avoidance/escalation, or decision fatigue.

  • My work is equity-informed and attentive to culture, power, and belonging. While it isn’t “compliance-style DEI training,” it often supports the core skills required for inclusive culture: listening, truth-telling, shared language, accountability, and healthier conflict engagement.

  • This work is practice-based and embodied. It strengthens real-time capacity—how people respond under pressure—rather than just offering concepts. Participants learn repeatable tools and shared language that they can apply immediately.

  • Yes. Offerings can be delivered as standalone sessions, a multi-session series, or tailored programming based on team goals and context.

  • Yes—and I recommend it. I offer a free one-hour intro session for teams, followed by a discounted Integration Session (60–90 minutes) to deepen practice before moving into full training.
